Hello lovelies, I hope you all had a great weekend. Today I cooked a delicious vegetarian ragu alla bolognese (or, bolognese sauce) for dinner and I’d like to share the recipe with you. Obviously, this recipe is quite different compared to the original, since I don’t use any meat but, believe me, it’s just as tasty as the real one. I just replace meat with soya.
